It’s been some time since I write something personal. And just a few days ago I came through some old anime, probably the ones I watched during childhood and would like to share with you.

The Figma Story
Earlier, I had a chance to work with my friend, who is an animator to complete his assignment. He told me that he needed to make storyboard using figma figurines but didn’t know how. So he came to me for help and this is what we got. My pal took the photos with his DSLR while I did the lighting and sceneries. We discussed the plot for a few hours before we start as there is a frame limit for the storyboard. Initially the title for this project is called “Love Is Stupid’ But for the purpose of sharing with you guys, I didn’t want to go with a harsh title like that

Figurine magazine censored
This may not be something new to those who read Dengenki magazines in Malaysia but I was just curious of how they treat these magazines in your neck of the wood? Do they censor it? How many of you read figurine magazines? Not sure if this is the Hong Kong or Taiwan edition but the thing is, it’s obviously a victim of Malaysian censorship. Those in the Malaysian market are often printed in chinese language.
